About Cary

Cary was born and raised in Miami Florida and came to Colorado in 1978 to study Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Colorado. She returned to Colorado after receiving a graduate degree in Cancer Biology from Stanford University. Finding that yoga provided her with a challenging yet comforting practice that always left her feeling more calm and grounded, Cary seized the opportunity to study the yogic arts and therapy when she retired from a career in pharmaceutical research. Cary uses her yoga practice to help manage her nervous system, release old patterns and connect deeply with her own basic goodness.

Cary teaches yoga to inmates in the Boulder County Jail and is an active patron of Give Back Yoga Foundation.

Cary lives in Boulder, Colorado and may be contacted at info@carypaulyoga.com
