About Cary

Cary is first and foremost a student of yoga. She practiced yoga for twelve years, taking classes from all lineages, studying with many different teachers, attending conferences and retreats, all forming a solid foundation on which to begin specific teacher trainings in 2011. Cary's teaching style is informed by her many teachers and supported by her intuition and ability to meet people where they are. Yoga is about health - mental, spiritual and physical. While each of us is unique in our gifts and personalities, we are also unique in our bodies and history. Cary's classes are taught to be safe while nurturing and nourishing each person's personal practice and body within a supportive and educational environment.

"Cary's teaching style is measured and mindful and I really like that." Crystal, Rainforest Yoga student
